Who we are
Softway Travels Limited is a travel agency in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This policy covers softwaytravels.com and the enquiries you send us through it, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
What we collect
- What you type into our enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, number of travellers and your message.
- Your email address, if you sign up for fare alerts.
- Documents you send us for a booking or visa application, such as passport copies, photos and bank statements.
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and all its fonts, images and scripts are served from our own site. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
- To book tickets, hotels and packages, and to prepare visa applications you ask us for.
- To send fare alerts, if you asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We share your details only with the airlines, hotels, embassies and service providers needed to complete what you asked for. We do not sell your information.
WhatsApp and email
If you contact us through WhatsApp or email, those services handle your messages under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and visa records for as long as we need them for the booking and for our legal and accounting duties. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email softwaytravelsbd@gmail.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.
