Quotes and prices
Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. A quote shows what is included and for how many people. Airline fares and hotel rates can change until the booking is paid and confirmed, so we confirm the final price before you pay.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once we receive payment and the airline, hotel or supplier confirms it. We send you the ticket, voucher or confirmation when it is issued.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Each airline, hotel and supplier has its own rules for changes, cancellations and refunds. We tell you these rules before you book, and any fees before we make a change. Refunds follow the supplier's rules and timelines.
Visa help
We prepare and check your documents, book appointments and help you get ready for interviews. Visa decisions are made only by embassies, high commissions and immigration authorities. Embassy fees and service charges are usually not refundable if a visa is refused.
Your responsibilities
- Give us correct names (as in your passport), dates and documents.
- Make sure your passport, visas and health requirements are valid for your trip.
- Check your tickets and vouchers when you receive them, and tell us about any mistake straight away.
